matto
You lot keep going on about FAC. How difficult is it to get a FAC ? I hear it is easier to get a shotgun ticket than FAC. And at the end of the day is it worth it going to all that trouble for a FAC.
NGhost
If you have a fair bit of land to shoot on its easy round here. But you should use the gun best suted to the animal you wish to shoot, with safety in mind. If that means an FAC gun then thats the way to go. denihow
Yes i think it is worth it,30ftlbs with my rapid will kill pigeons/rabbits at 75yards,very flat shooting aswell, yes shotgun liscence easer to obtain, but the advantage of an fac airrifle is you dont need to think like you do with a rimfire so much about thinking were the bullets going... matto
No.What i mean is it worth all the hassle with the old bill etc,and just exactly what do the police do?
NGhost
The firearms officer comes to your house, you convince him that you need one, he checks your security. He will also make sure you dont have a police record. It seemed the same as getting a shotgun cert. He will also make sure you understant safety such as backstops, ricochets, etc.

NGhost
Not sure. But if they are for afray (however its spelt) it may have an efect. Ask your local firearms department at the police station.
