I would also like a rifled shotgun for wild boar with a solid slug is this feasible any advice appreciated and has any one else been granted this Edited February 19, 2015 by mark@mbb
ChrisAsh
Both would be firearms certificate and need to show a requirement, whats wrong with shooting vermin around the yard with either Airgun Rifle or 410 shotgun would be one question i am sure they would ask I have seen films where you need a Elephant to sit on to shoot Wild Boar but maybe that's just in India but if not expensive to feed Edited February 19, 2015 by ChrisAsh
compo90
Why would it need to be a pistol? Most 410's have short barrels and stocks, the baikal I had was a 26 inch barrel and a really short stock, I have seen them with shorter barrels (24 being the legal minimum) and I believe you could simply cut the stock off yourself and still keep it sgc legal.......
