Wookie
The GF has just asked me to pick a country and a dish for tonight and so, using the awesome power that is google, I tried to find something from South America. The first hit was this website and I was stunned by it. Over 280 THOUSAND recipes and the search page basically lets you find your recipe from the ingredients you have. Do you want a meal using Woodcock? They have it. Hell, they even have a recipe that needs 3 WHOLE adult alligators! Anyway, in case people are interested, here it is: Food Down Under. I'm going to try and submit a recipe myself, probably either my trademark uber game pie or my special chicken dish with garlic and coriander. Wookie p.s. they also do cocktails
