Neilvw82
Go round a few old butchers they should be interested, Also get a freezer, There is a post on here somewhere on how to skin pheasant, the same process applies to pigeon, I think it's under the recipe feed, I'm sure a few other people will advise as well. colin lad
if you have a large amount take them to a game dealer they will pay you about 25-50p per bird which will cover cartridges and a pint or two for your trouble, if it's only a few get them breasted marinade in olive oil salt and pepper the fry them in butter for a minute or two on each side lay on a rocket salad drizzle with olive oil and enjoy with a glass of red, you say you don't have much luck on this site ?? luck at what?? colin

fenboy
If you have pigeon on your permission then put a add in shooting offered free, explain what you want and invite someone along, plenty of good pigeon shooters on here. Also plenty of good books and DVDs on the subject .
