Cheezy
Hi, As a part time pest controller I am having great difficulty controlling rats on this farm, just not eating bait or going near traps. Have air arms air rifle and a deben mini pro light which is ok, but thinking of a NV Scope. Any thoughts on which one? cost etc Ideally something fit for purpose but without huge cost?? Cheers Cheezy

Flynn
They are simple enough to make yourself. An IR camera, a small screen, a battery and some cables/mounts and you're good to go. If you can wire a plug you can make one without any hassle. Expect around the 150 - 200 quid range if you have to buy everything, and that comfortably should get you out to 100+ yards. You'll get dedicated NV help should you need it, even down to a parts list and build instructions on the nightvision forums (http://www.####.com/ S. RingDove
Where are you based mate? I have a homebuilt unit that you could borrow. I'm in Reading, Berkshire if that's any good to you.
