stet
Does anyone own one and if so any good. I was after a S&B 3 - 12 x 50 but seen these just wondering. Will be used for foxing mainly, day and night. Thanks

Alycidon
Dont own that model but do own an NSX. In good light the NSX is fine, in the dark its fine, you can illuminate the ret if needed. But in that half light whn you have 15 minutes left till its dark then I have had situations where I had to use the stadia arms to bracket the chest of 3 foxes one evening. Could not see the centre dot ( NP2DD) either illuminated or not. Ironically I was sitting last week in exactly the same spot in the same high seat but with a Swaro PVS, that functioned perfectly in low light, I was easily able to nobble the large dry vixen that showed. I do rate my small Ziess as the best low light scopes I have, S&B I have not used in low light but they are supposed by all accounts to be on a par with Swaro etc, I have no reason to doubt this but I am aware of one guy who sold all his NSX to go S&B only to move back some months later.
