Benny
I'm looking to get my own pigeon decoying kit together and just wanted to know your opinions on which decoys to get! Cheers,
steve b
hi mate, I would suggest flock coated as they dont shine so much in the rain?sun. also the new sillosocks from ukshootwarehouse are great and the hypaflaps for the rotary are real realistic. If your budget only stretches to half shell cheapies then put them on shootwarehouses mover sprung steel stakes as these make them move really well
Markio
I'm learning about decoying myself but the way i see it 6 half shell decoys are cheap, pack up within each other (transport/storage) and are a good idea to beef up the number of other more expensive decoys you might have or buy in the future. On Saturday i got 4 woodies with only 6 half shell decoys. Yeah i was out there for 3 hours but it was my most enjoyable day pigeon shooting so far. shotgun..willy
i think the best to buy are the flock coated full bodies because you can put them in a cradle if you shooting over a long crop good luck
