swampyis1968
Just wanting something for the pigeons and rats at work I picked up a AA 410s carbine and it felt nice to hold but I could be sad and get another r10 in.177 but feel like varying my options instead off buying the same manufacturer's somi guess I have to ask the shop what model

bruno22rf
My MK3 was the start of my loathing for Daystates-poor build quality and constant jams if you tried to cycle the mag with the gun pointing upwards-when I sold it I practically had to give it away (mind you it was LH)-shops are still trying to rip buyers off by selling early used Daystates at stupid prices-but the gullible are still buying them so maybe its our own fault? secretagentmole
The Mk 3 does have a reputation for jamming, usually caused by not loading the pellets in the magazine properly or the magazine needing a new O ring. Some guns though just seemto like dropping one in when you reload pointing the guns upward (ie when roost shooting). If you get a good one they really are very good. But they do need constant maintenance, remember to charge the battery every two weeks, Servicing is best carried out by a Daystate Accredited gun smith, Daystate charge a flaming fortune for what should be simple stuff. They wanted over £140 plus parts, carriage and VAT for what a local accredited gun smith did for under £80 all inclusive!
