VULTURE
Hi. Is it ok to dismantle a scope to clean it out,it's only a BSA 4x20 that I picked up on the car boot so no big loss if it doesn't work, There's a bit of dust on one of the inner lens, Cheers. Dougy
It will fog if you dismantle, that's if it doesn't already. You will release the gases that are used. It's an old scope.I used to have one on an old meteor.
VULTURE
Hi bought this to put on a Meteor I've just restored, anyhow I've had a quick look inside the scope and there's no seals on it so probably wasn't filled with any other gases other than normal dry air , Cheers
