Daieye
Been after this fox since the spring when I missed her at a huge distance of 50yds I have seen her on several occasions since and suspected she was a vixen Had seen her about 11.30 so set up at 10.30 over looking three fields A set of eyes two fields away and a few squeaks and in he come and sat up at 150 yds a 50gr v max to his white bib,a young dog fox. 12.30 and still no sign of the lame fox so time for a wander to top fields here she comes down the fence line but suddenly disappears she spotted me Notice there's a dead ewe in top corner of field maybe she was heading to it,no squeaking with this one just sit and wait at 1.15 her she is coming into this ewe let her come in and thump she's hit hard in chest but still manages to get twenty yds before dropping as I suspected a vixen.. one last look down the bottom fields another set of eyes and a few squeaks and he's coming round to scent me got be quick before tree branches block my view and he stops obligingly a nice adult dog fox Farmer's well pleased
