Tournage
Hi all, I am looking to update my hide kit and was thinking of purchasing the A1 Decoy Pro Hide Kit (http://www.a1decoy.co.uk/pro-hide-kit-1301-p.asp). I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this kit or if there is another suggested option? Looking for poles & nets etc., therefore, kit seems best approach. All looks good on paper (price, contents of the kit) but would be great to get some of your learned thoughts! Many thanks, Tournage
fenboy
That should do fine for most situations, you may want to add some more nets at a later date though as 4.5 meters is not enough for s hide in the open you will need a hedge or something as a back , also the stealth / clear view type nets tend to catch a lot of wind so you may need some pegs and guy ropes on windy days , I personally prefer nets with a large mesh backing to allow wind through easier. Thank you, Fenboy. Any idea where the large mesh nets (good quality) are sold? Many thanks, Tournage.
fenboy
I make my own by joining some of this to some of the scrim type netting that is available.

Bobba
Pop in to £ stores and buy this black crocodile clips. Great for securing net to poles and hedges on windy days.
