I tend to not put it on until I've walked in to where ever I'm going & am all set up otherwise I'm melting, good for wild fowling or highseat stalking. It measures 42 inches waist and it measures 47 inches from waist to heel It measures 32 inches in the inner leg too. Sorry for late response again.
