TONY R
One problem i have encountered with the L200s and on several occasions now, is the ovaling of the crankshaft keyway slot, the bottom pulley somehow moves about on some of them. This can be from new much of the time and even when the things seem tight and ok. This movement wears the crank itself and its not a simple fix to do it properly, but have done a few weld jobs on them that stop the problem for a wile but its not good engineering practice.
