Continental Shooter
I wouldn't go over the 30 grams in 12 ga (Lead) with this powder though, as it's classified 'x28' which makes it ideal for 28-29 grams. With few adjustments you can get to either 27 g or 30 g. For Clay shooting i'd go 12/70/08 Fiocchi 616 1,40g x 28g B&P 24 @ 58mm 12/70/08 CX2000 1,35g x 27g SG27 @ 57,8mm For game 12/70/08 Fiocchi 615/ CX1000 Powder: 1,40 / 1,45 Lead: 29/30 Wad: either B&P 24 or SG25 should do (adjust depending on lead charge) Pretty fast loads and well compact spread, as for any x28 powder designed for clay. Given Maxam are as inconsistent as Vectan on each batch, i'd load a couple of each and pattern them to see which one suits you and your gun better.
