spandit Posted June 20, 2016 Report Share Posted June 20, 2016 (edited) It seems that Henry Ford has (apocryphally ) had a hand in all synthetic stocks - available in any colour as long as it's black. Why don't manufacturers produce stocks in other colours or designs? I prefer the look of a wooden stock although I can see the advantage of one that won't swell or warp in the wet but don't particularly want a black one.
