Swivel mounts.

I just bought a new second hand steyr sbs hb carbine tactical 308. I haven't had time to zero it yet but anyway it's got swivel mounts that I've not seen before. It looks like you slot them in and then turn them 90 degrees to lock them in. It doesn't have the bits that twist and lock in. I've got no idea what they're called to look at buying some. So really two questions boys and girls 1st off what are they called and where can I get them? And 2nd would it be easier/better/quicker/cheaper to remove them and put standard swivel studs on it. I do want to stick a bipod on it at some point.

I found what are apparently the last pachmayr swivel mounts in the entire world ever. Finally managed to get into the cupboard to have a look how they fitted in and they don't fit into the slot! Microns too large to slot in to the hole! Well probably more than microns but anyway the bloody things don't fit! So gents what may they be?!
