Velocette Posted October 17, 2016 Report Share Posted October 17, 2016 I recently decided that my old gamebag wouldn't mend again and was directed toward the Johnshooter range of bags. An internet search directed me to an outfit on the Wirrel who stocked said bags and an order was placed. Ten days later still without the bag I e-mailed to confirm dispatch,,,no answer. A couple of days after that I rang and apart from the dozy woman who answered me going for her lunch in the middle of tracing my order was assured that the bag would be with me on Monday 17/10. As I had paid by paypal which was arranged to pay after receipt I wondered if the bag had in fact not been ordered from the supplier, Johnshooter , who I had now realised were a retailer in there own right. One phone call to them confirmed that the order had been made but not paid for,,clearly waiting for the Paypal funds to arrive. The chap from Johnshooter couldn't have been more helpful even though it wasn't his problem and in no way responsible. He offered to send me a bag directly and would sort out collecting payment from the Mersyside cowboys himself.
