Lighter, faster guns better?

My first gun was a 525, great gun and I still have it.

They are front end heavy. I balanced mine with weights in the stock and it made it loads better.

I like my Mirokus to be weight forward ie barrel heavy and have better results than with stock heavy guns😊😊😊

Judging by all the 'I prefer' this that or t'other comments above, it backs up my suggestion of get out and try as many different models as possible and THEN, choose what feels right for you !

Yeah but trap shooters don't need to move their guns much the targets are all in the same place 😉😁😁😠

Ah. Thanks for that. The gun I've used is 28" and I was considering going for 30" which will only make this "front end heavy" aspect worse.

 

Maybe I'll stick with 28".

Get a 30" you will be closer to the clays 😉😉😁

Haha I wish. At least you sporting shooters get a look at your target first 😂

 

When shooting fast trap. ABT UTR Or OT I always have a little chuckle to myself when I'm on the line and the ref says " ok everyone. Eyes forward to see a target " never really seen the point as the next 100 will be all over the blooming place haha still it's all good fun 👍
