KB1
Anyone tried one of these and had any significant success?? And if so, are they worth the hefty price tag?
slaphead
I personally think that if you have money to burn then that's fine but otherwise Id say its more of a viable purchase for an instructor or club than for an individual. You would have to review every shot straight away on a device probably no smaller than an Ipad or you might not see the shot itself and then you'd have no idea where you missed it. Blundy
Your wrong slaphead . With its slow motion you can either playback instantly or later and see where you went wrong on every missed shot so excellent for anyone . They are expensive but by far best on the market
SxS
I used one with an instructor for a couple of hours and didn't really see any benefit. In fact I'd go as far as to say that if I was offered another go then I'd probably turn it down. If you're constantly missing and don't know where then it might help but, given what they cost, I think there's massively more to be gained by spending (probably much less) money on lessons with a good instructor! $700 + shipping and duties etc buys a lot of instruction. I can see a place for these with instructors teaching new shooters or those who just can't be convinced of where they're missing but wouldn't spend my hard earned on one. If the price comes down then I might be tempted as the kids get older (to help them see where they're missing/re-live the hits) but clamping one to the .410 would affect the balance too much.
