WinchesterDave
I decided to go out to my permission yesterday evening having not had a gun out of the cabinet for a while now for various reasons. With it being such a lovely evening, I decided to give the farmer a bell and see if he had any rabbits that needed thinning out. He told me there was, so I grabbed a handful of cartridges, my trusty Winchester, game bag and got the dog ready and headed out. I didn't see any rabbits weirdly... but managed two pigeons for 3 cartridges. Not the best, but made use of the chances I had and the dog made two genuinely cracking retrieves. It felt good to be out with the gun again, in the warm evening sun and with my dog next to me. With the added bonus of three shots Dave. JDog
I am not sure that I have seen a picture of your dog before. He is a fine looking animal.
