Pigeon Shredder.
Went to one of my perms today and in conversation the owner said that he had harrowed in a small barley field and the pigeons were having a field day on the crop. Set up decoys at around 13:00 and shot till 16:00, 21 collected and 3 or 4 went into the wheat field next over, 32 cartridges used. In all a good afternoon and the owner was happy with the pigeon's for his freezer.

I did get a day pass and went back at lunchtime but they never showed in the quantity they did yesterday, and Jesus was it hot, had to knock it on the head at 16:00 as l was melting. Only 6 in the bag but yet again a happy landowner.
