young airgunner Posted June 10, 2007 Report Share Posted June 10, 2007 my first instructor was a complete ****. had him for 3 lessons, he nearly put me off driving. he made me so nervous in the car. i switched to the aa which are great. the instructor is so relaxed that i can have a decent chat to him which also calms you down when driving. got my test on the 21st- good luck me lol Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Poacher Posted June 10, 2007 Report Share Posted June 10, 2007 Reminds me of a flying instructor i had once (veteran Navy pilot), when performing a stall manouvre the transcript went something like this Me: Shall i apply the throttle (inquisitivly wondering whether he was satisfied with the stall performed) Him: no i think we'll just sit here and die Me: ha ha (applying throttle) Him: Well i'm glad you did that, otherwise it would have completely ruined the weekend.
