Benthejockey
At haydock today a stalls handler got unfortunately killed. The starting stalls were being repositioned to the 1m 2f start before the 4th race when it happened. He was run over by the stalls in what is an every day operation on a race day. Exact details haven't been published but the way the stalls are moved by tractor and reversed into place it's assumed he was helping reverse the stalls and they rode up and over him. Very sad way to go. For anyone who doesn't know big stalls are think along the lines of large high sided tractor trailer. We were just leaving the race course as it happened. Benthejockey
I think it was a genuine accident. But the HSE will come down on them like a ton of bricks.
