New breech and main spring seal fitted, trigger spring replaced, all parts cleaned and greased/oiled as required. Fires lovely and in excellent condition for its age. A few very small marks on the stock (and I mean small). Gun comes with standard sights. This will make someone a lovely gun and give years of reliable service.
