graiglearn
Don't use your scope it will void warranty, Keep it as a show piece ! well used scope cant be cleaned of fungus{seal rings} unless I pay for new lenses 30 year warranty rubbish blame lens scratch for moisture ingress ? so much for after sale service of a clear wear to seals .NOT worth the outlay un less you want to look AT it not THROUGH it
sako751sg
Cant complain with Swarovski one bit although all dealing have been with binos. Emails replied to instantly and any bits or repairs/services have been unbelievably quickly dealt with and all free of charge. Zeiss on the other hand have been very poor. Lost a turret on one of the scopes and after 2 emails that were finally answered after 2 weeks i was put onto a UK source but im still waiting for a return call after 2/3 weeks to confirm if he can get. bicykillgaz
I've found them great, I've had a 6x30 range finder and a couple of old 6x42's serviced by them FOC had bikini covers sent out FOC and all emails replied too really quickly. At the other end of the scale I'm still waiting for zeiss to get back to me about servicing a Duralyt I sold over a year ago.
