Delboysparky
Odd question. Has anyone taken firearms to Germany, know the process and limitations?
Paul1440
If It's a shotgun. Apply for a European Firearms Pass. It's free. Tell the Channel tunnel /ferry company you have it in the car. Or book it on a flight (at a charge) and go. It's not a problem. God knows what will happen and what sort of you know what ache it be once we're not in the EU, so make the most of it now.
Pro Shoot Firearms
Iv drove to Germany few times and as far as Hungary once. European fac yes. Inform at the port and get checked and once at the other side no problem get off and go. You will need to check on the maximum amount of ammunition you can carry for each country you drive through and their requirements on how to carry the firearm. Never got checked on the way back. It's a good idea to get a letter of invite from wherever you are going.
