If anything,,,,,,,,just take the fillet off the back...............take the back legs off and thatll do you. Good job it wasnt in the middle of having a fag and a pint............. pin Posted July 1, 2007 Report Share Posted July 1, 2007 For pies and that I just joint off and simmer with stock veg, falls off the bone then (slowly simmer or it turns into rubber). For most other stuff, take off the front legs, break the joint and take off the back legs, trim the "skirt". vole Posted July 1, 2007 Report Share Posted July 1, 2007 We got a slow cooker.Great for rabbit.Good shooting CM.May try myself with airgun shot rabbit.Last one I prepared had about 50 no 6 in it.Mostly just under skin thankfully.Hope one day to have rimfire.
