The course cost is only £90 will include Certification, 2 x Training manuals, Refreshments and a sandwich lunch. This course covers the normal EFAW content as well as the additional elements required by the Forestry Commission which includes the additional training for Crush Injuries, Hypothermia/Exposure, Suspension Injuries, Lyme's Disease, Lightning Injuries, Catastrophic Bleeding using Tourniquets, Haemostatics and Compression Bandages (including Chain Saw Injuries and Gun Shot Wounds) and Casualty Evacuation Planning.The course is limited to only 12 places, please follow the link below to book. mallet Posted August 9, 2018 Author Report Share Posted August 9, 2018 So the course covers what is required by the HSE at a minimum for EFAW +F to work on forestry Commission leases, the full FAW +F takes 3 days.
