We have friends in France, one couple we have known for almost 40 years and I am Godfather to their children. I am with you Pin, cycling of any form is "gay". All non motorised road users like cyclists and worse still those ******* who ride horses on the road should be taxed. A kind of annoyance tax. Same with people who tow caravans. And dont start me on the French.... So, in summary if you are a French, Gypsy caravanner with a bike you will have to move to tax exile when I become emperor of this fair land...
