Greylurcher Posted July 12, 2007 Report Share Posted July 12, 2007 I have just bought a new Lanber o/u and have found the the SAFE catch is not auto . Is it possible to change to auto safe ? the last engineer Posted July 12, 2007 Report Share Posted July 12, 2007 you will find a lot of manual safeties can be changed to auto in field configuration, it has to be done by a competant smith, can i ask why you need this, most guns i know have theirs fixed the other way. starlight32 Posted July 13, 2007 Report Share Posted July 13, 2007 Take it to a lcoal gunsmith- there is a pin arrangement same as the Brownings which you take out, retain these should you wish to return the gun to it original specification.
