Topgunners
If I have this right you should be able to click the link and view what I came across when out this weekend. I picked up 86 shot shells from a hide site of another Pigeon shooter. Looks like they had been left as they had been ejected, been in the headland since feb it makes my blood boil http://img131.imageshack.us/my.php?image=photo0022th3.jpg I'm pretty sure those 86 shells belonged to LB trying to get that 1st pigeon of the day. Look very familiar to the brand he was using when he visited us. cuz we ALL know he likes a bit of PINK.  Dave K
Weave
No need to empties to be left. odd one or two that you can't find is fair enough, provided you have made the best effort to find them all. i eject with my hand over the breech and pop them in my pocket, or in a bag in front of me in the hide. i always reach to my left-hand pocket (i am a right-handed shot) for fresh ammo and therefore tend to put the empties into my righ-hand pocket - although i makes you a bit lop-sided! mr_colt
I've seen those magnets on sticks @ the Dovey Valley clay ground. I actually went to pick up my carts there as I have always considered leaving carts equal to littering even on a clay ground. But they were not really bothered about it. Sure we all lose the odd one or two that we can never find, but you can't expect to have the enjoyment of a shoot if ur not willing to clean up after yourselves. As for Eley making Real tree carts; thats taking the camo a bit to excessively. I have lost camo shotguns for up to 30 mins after putting one down to fetch the shot quarry, can you imagine if you used real tree carts with it? its enough to make someone cross-eyed. mr_colt.
