Exjacket
Any Daystate regal owners tell me if it is just a couple of grub screws on the scope rail that old the barrel in place. Can the barrel be taken off without emptying the air from the rifle? thanks for looking any advice will be appreciated
SpringDon
Not done it but.... if you mean barrel shroud then no you don’t need to depressurise. If you mean the actual barrel then I *think* you need to to depressurise because the top of the receiver needs to come off.
Exjacket
Thanks mate it is the barrel and it's still got the antitamper screws fitted so will have to get the tool for that. cheers for your input much appreciated.
bruno22rf
Looking at the schematic drawing it's just 2 grub screws on top of the receiver - should be fairly simple.
Exjacket
Bruno. That's what I thought too but having seen a video on another sight there looks like two underneath near the exhaust port. will take a chance and strip it down and pull it apart. cheers mate
bruno22rf
Out of interest, why are you removing the barrel?
