Yes there certainly is. The guy who had his neck knelt on was high on drugs and had committed a crime. The man holding a gun had been a bit noisy and was well within his second amendment rights to carry a gun within his own home and especially when answering the door late at night. There is also quite some debate as to the cause of George Floyd's death. The official autopsy states iirc heart attack. There is no such debate about the death of Ryan Whitaker.
