Sunken rib?

It does not matter what rib your gun if fitted with , or how long the barrels are you need to LEARN to shoot it as all guns will differ as to where they actually put the shot .Unfortunately some folk do not believe this .

I have intermittent central vision and although if all is well all is well, but if it kicks off that's me done for the day as I can then see 2 sets of barrels and I find it impossible not to concentrate on that as opposed to the bird. To prevent this I patch my glasses as a matter of course and a high rib acts like a pencil pointing the way in my peripheral vision. Fortunately, the vast majority of my shooting has been done in a hide so whereas there's nothing they can't handle if you point it in the right place, I've always used 25" barrelled guns which increases the chances of getting the high rib.
