These really are a great set of plugs for the money and benefit from being rechargeable so no fiddly batteries. A charge easily lasts all day and they are comfortable to wear. 29db reduction. I have only used the large set of foam tips which have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitised but new ones are readily available for not much money. Included Medium and small foam tips are unused.
