captainhastings
Was monitoring a stubble field all week until Friday last week. Then as soon as the clock hit five I was out of there met me mate and we got on site. They were coming across a hedge that was good few hundred yards long but there was two hardwoods spread along it they seemed to use as a reference point. As we were setting up our hide a flock of a dozen nearly skimmed our heads. Was gutted with no guns ready and prayed more would come. Our luck was in and we had another 3 or 4 groups comes in and we called it a day with 4 greylag in the bag. Great fun and some dinner sorted. Cooked to 130F and rested for 10 minutes
