Fisherman Mike
One of my good friends went over Gloucestershire and the Severn valley by Glider this weekend and as he is a keen pigeon shooter was flabbergasted at the blocks of yellow everywhere. As far as the eye could see. he showed me a couple of digital images he took and although not good quality the land looked like a patch work quilt of yellow & green. Looking at it from a pigeons eye view it must have been like the cake trolley at Claridges.... Food every where.... No wonder bags are down for me in this area the pigeons are spoilt for choice.
red_stag88
I'm going home this weekend, not sure what the farmer has planted but he only did it last week. There are reports of quite a few crows.
