Hello there,

I need some information about laws of hunting in UK and more specifically in Surrey, if that makes any difference. Where can one go for pigeon hunting using an air rifle? I have seen some people hunting with air rifles in the fields... does that mean that they have some kind of a permission?

Also what about rabbits? Same laws apply?

Thank you in advance.

You need permission from landowner for sure what ever you shoot, if you dont you will probably be taken to court

Hmmm...

Where do you find a landowner. I mean; is there any place that you can find people that can let you go in their land and shoot with an airgun. I am located in Guildford if that helps.

Ask around the local farms but be prepered to get turned down by some of them as they might have other people shooting for them, or if you know somebody who has permission to shoot on that land you could possibly get to know the landowner then.
