Welshpestcontroller
I’ve recently aquired a mint Beretta Silver pigeon s 12 bore, it was manufactured in 2016. its proofed….to the best of my knowledge…at 1490 bar although does not have a fluer de lys stamp, i was told that the Italians didn’t always use the stamp, just accepted the proof pressure, has anyone else heard of this? it doesn’t worry me as i know that HP Steel is 1390 proof so I wouldn’t have reservations about using HP steel in the gun. Jimbo yorks
I use a 1995 silver pigeon and lob 3" hp steel through it all the time. My 2016 made one is also the same, no flure des les stap but thrown hp steel through it no problem. 100% yours will be fine for them
