British Forces lap of honour at Wembley.

I heard on Radio 5 that representatives of Army Navy and Airforce will be doing a lap of honour next week.Then strangely,the BBC commentator,who had invited comments said that "the callers were divided" on supporting this.I immediately thought what **** as I do not know and do not meet anyone who does not wholeheartedly support our armed forces.Is this just the BBC slant or have I had my wires crossed all these years?

I think that Wembley will erupt,myself.

Its just something to say, if they find something that would get people listoning they will do it.

 

And when the news is saying something about the armed forces in Iraq and Afganistan they only report the worse bits never the bits where they are doing good.

The beeb are a lefty bunch of ***** who find it hard to say anything positive about our forces at the best of times. I never watch their news as they don't give a balanced view and may as well be reporting purely on behalf of the guardianista.

 

The final step for me was when they refused to allow their newscasters to call a terrorist a terrorist when reporting the London bombings
