Time to call it a day working wise.

I retired at 59 (almost 60) and have never regretted it - 67 now.  I had to watch the pennies a bit until pensions kicked in (2 fairly small work at age 65 and state at age 66) and my 'voluntary early retirement package' and savings tided me over the gap between retirement date and pensions starting.

Good luck and I'm sure you will enjoy your new free time.  Everyone says "How did I ever find the time to work?" and certainly for me and all of my friends who have done the same, no trouble with filling time or being 'bored'.
