AdamC
... and say "hi". I live in Maidenhead and am looking forward to getting back into clay shooting. I use to shoot when I was younger (teens) with my dad, but fell out of it for some reason. Started toying with the idea of getting back into it at the begining of the year, so applied for my SGC. I actually got my SGC back in the summer, but been sat on it saving some money etc. I was going to keep the gun at my dads to save buying a cabinet, but thought for cost of my own and the hastle of picking it up and dropping it off at his, it was not worth it. So expecting my cabinet to arrive tomorrow or Monday, and the FEO is coming to inspect the installation on Wednesday. Then off to a friends shooting school in the afternoon to try a few guns and hopefully find something that fits and feels right. Other good news is that I think this will get my dad back into shooting a bit more often. Well that is all for now, I look forward to benefiting from the experience of others on here, and I promise to try and avoid the usual newb questions about snap caps and chokes. Cheers, Adam

AdamC
Thanks all. Yes, it is a nice place to live. It has its upsides and downside like everywhere i guess, but it has become an immensely popular area, Miadenhead especially. I would like to move out to a more rural location, but the fact is it is very convenient with everying so close by, especially work. Where abouts in Bucks are you now Tony? Anyone else out there in my area?

Up in rural north Bucks Between Aylesbury and Buckingham, lovley scenery and walks, hunting fishing and huge house prices, We moved from our last house in Wexham with a tidy profit up here 7 years ago and timed it just right. I have a huge side of my family from Cookham "Emmetts" that still wander around with extra fingers That could explain my unusual proportions Tony
Dunkield
to PW Adam. When you get a moment fill in some of the details in your profile. I live fairly close to you and there a couple of others round and about.
