mosa
out lamping last night with the hmr with my 10-50x56 dmp scope. when im out with rimmy with a 3-9x50 on i just lift it up and shoot etc with no problems visually, its a very clear picture. Last night every time i wanted to do this i had to **** on with the paralax until it came clear thus letting the object get away. what am i doing wrong or what setting s do you think i should use so it will makeit like my night eye scope cheers
pete evans
the higher the magnification the more parallax sensitive your scope will be. when imlamping with my 5.5-16.5 x44 scope i set it up at 6 or 7 mag and set the parallax to about 80 meters (or the average range you arelikely to be shooting) nothing worse than having to fanny about with your scope in the dark
08shooter
i be honest parallax is only a bother for me,when using fac air i set it at 50 and nevr move it when i have my rimmy out its scope is nt parallax adjustable so i have nt any trouble unless im too close.next scope i can assure you will be fixed mag and ao free,i ll use my range finder. sometimes i find i have nt time to fiddle with my scope,i like the point and shoot theory. markbivvy
as peter says, wind the mag down. set the parallax to about 70 80 yd.
