Pigeon breasts

Not the most healthy of meals but very nice.

Pan fry the breasts in oil as per usual, place to one side.

In the juices fry a diced red oinion with half a tea spoon of sugar and a large dash of balsamic vinegar.

Place the breasts under the grill and add grated cheese, when the cheese melts throe them in the pan and laddlr the onions on top. In a lump of fresh bread its delicious :good:
