Cushat
Probably a daft question - but how do I fit a sling to my auto. I appreciate I need to screw a swivel into the stock but can I get some sort of swivel adapter that goes behind or replaces the fore end cap? The only swivels I've seen have had a jubilee clip style band that goes around the barrel which looks poor. Thanks in advance. alexm
Probably a daft question - but how do I fit a sling to my auto. The Beretta factory solution for the front mount (on the 391 at least) is a plate that goes under the fore end cap with a slot cut in it for the sling to pass through, like this: http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/16312-15263-1868.html Others replace the end cap like this: http://www.gunaccessories.com/UncleMikes/Swivel_Shotgun.asp Edited February 11, 2008 by alexm

clayman
Beartooth USA make a sling that has "loops" so you dont need to screw in swivels. Jerry
Cushat
Cheers for the replies. I was struggling to find a gunshop who could supply a forend cap but mosy835 came up with the goods in his shed. Fingers crossed it's winging it's way to me now.
