Fitting a sling to an auto

Probably a daft question - but how do I fit a sling to my auto. I appreciate I need to screw a swivel into the stock but can I get some sort of swivel adapter that goes behind or replaces the fore end cap? The only swivels I've seen have had a jubilee clip style band that goes around the barrel which looks poor.

The Beretta factory solution for the front mount (on the 391 at least) is a plate that goes under the fore end cap with a slot cut in it for the sling to pass through, like this:
