Catamong
had a good day on spring barley at the weekend any body been on the barley of late I hope you're not referring to Wood Pigeons as "flying rats", because that's one thing they are not. You will be hard pressed to find a more noble bird than our resident Woodie. Get yourself down to Trafalgar Square to see some real "flying rats". Cat.

pigeon master
Catamong Well said, I don’t see them as flying rats, I see them as very tasty game which I enjoy eating…if we start calling everything rats then where do we stop….are deer... sapling rats? You won’t sell many to the butcher if he thinks he’s buying flying rats…I call them wild English Wood Pigeon, 2 for quid..lol Happy shooting :yp:
