apbuild
Just a few of the Fallow Deer that inhabit the woods at Fingest where we can go stalking. In amongst all of the females is one majestic buck. (Lucky ******). This was taken early one morning when we had walked the woods from 5am till 8am. saw loads of fallow and muntjac but the shots were never safe ones so I never pulled the trigger. Elma Fud
apbuild I wish I could stalk on land like that.... What an awesome sight, all those fallow. Are they Park deer, or can they wander freely from estate to estate? EF
apbuild
Elma, They are all free to wander. Most have come across from the Hambleden Estate near Henley-on-Thames.
