wildoliver Posted March 21, 2008 Report Share Posted March 21, 2008 For sale my Winchester 1200 Pump action 12Bore. 28" Multichoke. Comes with 2 chokes. 3shot restricted. So sgc. But could be simply converted to 5shot by a gunspith with just a new mag tube. Tough reliable gun. Also rather nicely it is much better finished than most pumps, it has a full length forend so looks far more like a semi than a pump, and is lovely to handle, this was the top of the range winchester pump, they also did a budget version called the 120 which was the same action but without the nice woodwork and a half length forend. One was for sale recently. Condition wise I would describe it as 7.5 out of ten. The receiver is anodised alloy and the anodising (black) has worn off the edges. Now this can be reapplied with some home kits but I really didn't see the point. The barrel is in good condition. The woodwork is in good condition and is oil finished walnut with quite nice grain and chequering! The chokes screw in nice and freely by hand. Mechanically perfect! Couple of scratches here and there but nothing major. At the end of the day it is a field pump action not a perazzi. Oh and it even has the winchester repeating arms original buttpad!!! £130 ONO Offers welcome want the space in my cabinet. Collect only east yorks. YO25.
