funky Posted March 24, 2008 Report Share Posted March 24, 2008 heyyim new to shooting and ive only had 6 pigeons. i was wondering what is the best time to go roost shooting and whats the best time of year/day to go decoying?? thanks... ise roost shooting is what i do until i cant see the ******* in the trees because there are to many leaves the official take on it is that just after the phesant season all the formal shoots let beaters and folk they know roost shoot in there woods from February the 2nd for about 4 to 5 weeks. we normally start about 2pm until lights out.
