taxidermy dave
does or has anyone used a pop up hide?Because where i shoot theres a strong flightline going through the middle of one of the fields ,tried decoying them to the sides but no joy.Would the pigeon know something was wrong if one day it wasnt there then the next it was.I would build one in the middle but the cows go in there sometimes and theyve got a habit of destroying my hides.Any info would be great cheers
Cranfield
Is there a crop in the field, or is it a meadow ? If its a meadow, try tieing three hurdle gates in a triangle (or pallets) and leaving them a few days. Then put a cammo net round them. I had a fantastic few weeks on a clover field some years ago, doing just thet.
